To rice cauliflower, Cut the cauliflower into chunks, including the cores. · Place into a food processor. · Pulse until the cauliflower resembles the texture of rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup plain coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 and ½ cups watermelon, chopped
  • Splash of Sunrise® 

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add the vegetable/fruits
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  6. Enjoy!
