The Grapefruit Glow Smoothie

Grapefruit is low in calories and provides a significant amount of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
For some additional nutrients, add a splash of VitaFruit® or Sunrise® to this powerhouse smoothie!

Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ lime, peeled
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled
- ½ cup silken tofu
- ½ cup 100% orange juice
- Splash of VitaFruit®
- Splash of Sunrise®
Directions

Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
