To add additional nutrients to it, add a splash of Evergreen for an easy way to get the powerful antioxidants and phytonutrients of dark leafy vegetables in one tasty shot.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • ½ onion
  • ½ cup rosemary infusion cooled
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 splash of Evergreen 

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add the vegetable/fruits
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  6. Enjoy!
