Cantaloupe Lettuce Smoothie - Vegelia - Sunrider products for a healthy lifestyle

 

Vitamin C and Vitamin E can be found in Lettuce leaves. They are necessary for a healthy looking skin. These vitamins also create an outer protective layer which can shield the skin from UV rays and other possible irritants.

To add additional nutrients to it, add a splash of Evergreen for an easy way to get the powerful antioxidants and phytonutrients of dark leafy vegetables in one tasty shot.

Ingredients

  • 10 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups cantaloupe slice, chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 splash Evergreen 

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add the vegetable/fruits
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  6. Enjoy!
