A Green Grape Shake

By regulating your cardiovascular system, green grapes can lower high blood pressure by containing potassium and fiber.
To add additional nutrients to it, add a splash of Evergreen for an easy way to get the powerful antioxidants and phytonutrients of dark leafy vegetables in one tasty shot.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 orange, peeled and quartered
- 1 pear, cored and chopped
- 1 cup green seedless grapes
- 2 cups baby kale
- ½ frozen banana, sliced
- ½ cup silken tofu
- ½ cup of water
- Splash of Evergreen
Directions

Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first

Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
